Offerings

I offer two forms of Health Coaching Sessions:

The first is called the Alignment Offering. This entails you keeping a food journal for four days prior to us meeting. There is an intake form I’ll have you fill out. The meeting will be as long as it needs to be, they usually last an hour and a half or two hours. We will go over your health goals and health history as I get a full-picture view of your lifestyle and situation. Together, we will create a game plan involving ways of eating//lifestyle habits//herbs + supplements, and identify where problems lay and figure out how to move past them. This is sliding scale $90-$120.

The second is called the Full Intake; it is all of what’s in the first, plus a 5 day customized meal plan based on your dietary needs, preferences, budget, and lifestyle. This comes with attached recipes that are either created by me or gathered from my many years of recipe book hunting and schooling. All of the recipe’s have been tested by me multiple times and are definitely delicious + nutritious! This offering also can include customized plant medicine mailed to you, if applicable and if I have it. I will send informational handouts if needed. This is $200.
Once we complete our first session, I will send you an email summarizing what we spoke about so you have something to reference. I’ll check in on you with an email in another week or so to see how you’re doing, and you can email me whenever with any questions! <3 I strongly encourage at least two sessions with me because holistic healing works slowly, providing intelligence for your body to help heal itself. Follow up sessions are always my Alignment Offering.
Other Offerings:

Cooking upgrade: in this session I’ll ask you to explain your cooking routine; what your meals are, how you cook them, where you shop, and what type of ingredients you are buying. I will help to upgrade the quality of your cooking by teaching you safer cooking practices, how to get the most nutrition out of the foods you eat, how to make your food taste more yummy, and how to grocery shop with quality in mind. In preparation for this session, it's a good idea to keep a food journal for a few days. It’s not required but it helps you to get familiar with what you’re actually eating, we often eat and forget. This lasts 1 hour and costs $80.

Q & A for 30 minutes: For 30 minutes you can pick my brain about anything! Ask me about food, herbs, politics on food and herbs, whats my favorite color, anything! Ask me about how to make plant medicine or where I’ve studied, ask me about a specific condition/ailment. During this Q&A, I won’t be helping you directly with something you’re specifically going through. I don't feel comfortable giving advice without fully understanding what you're dealing with. If you want help with a personal condition, I encourage you to set up a Health Coaching session with me so I can get a full picture of your situation. The half hour Q & A is sliding scale $25-$40.

I live in Detroit, Michigan. If you live here as well, let me cook for you! I have a rotating menu, please email me to inquire. You can also request specific meals and snacks depending on your taste preferences and dietary needs. I love making broths, bulk teas, and foods jam packed of macro and micro nutrients. Just a few super healthy meals a week make a huge difference.
